Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to support our strategic assessment and transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Domo BI and a strong foundation in data integration and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Domo Support & Development: Configure Domo instances, manage user roles, and set up data governance policies.
  2. Build ETL pipelines using Domo Magic ETL and SQL transforms.
  3. Develop dashboards using Domo Cards, Pages, and DDX Bricks.
  4. Monitor data refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and performance.
Dashboard Rationalization & Inventory:
  1. Inventory and classify existing dashboards.
  2. Document dashboard usage, ownership, and business relevance.
  3. Identify dashboards for retirement, consolidation, or enhancement.
Data Integration & Analysis:
  1. Connect to various data sources and validate data accuracy.
  2. Perform data profiling and cleansing to support reporting needs.
  3. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  3. 1+ years of hands-on experience with Domo BI (ETL, dashboarding, dataflows).

The successful candidate will possess proven analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and documentation abilities.
