About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Partnership Development Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, initiate, and formalize partnerships with Indian colleges and universities

  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders
  • Design progression pathways and credit transfer models with university academic teams
  • Align partnerships with institutional goals, ensuring academic quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal and external academic teams to map curriculum compatibility and student eligibility
  • Lead end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives
  • Track project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships, international relations
  • Strong understanding of Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends
  • Proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally
