Salesforce Analytics Expert

Job Summary:

A Salesforce CRM Analytics specialist will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs.

The ideal candidate will design and develop datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories in Salesforce CRM Analytics to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements

  • Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions
  • Conduct training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions
