About the Role
  • Maximize revenue through effective room rate management, availability optimization, and promotions.
  • Support senior revenue managers with daily analysis and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor online travel agency (OTA) channels and update content/rates to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities to identify new revenue streams.
  • Share daily activity updates with internal teams to foster collaboration.
Requirements
  • Basic hotel experience in reservations/front office/sales support or related fields.
  • A strong interest in revenue management and a willingness to learn.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, property management systems (PMS), and OTA extranets.
  • Comfortable working remotely during US shift hours with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
