Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement Specialist.

This role is focused on ensuring optimal engagement and success of suppliers on our platform, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and supply chain management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Onboarding: Identify and onboard new suppliers, establishing strong relationships to drive long-term engagement and mutual benefit.
  • Supplier Management: Monitor and encourage timely responses to RFQs, address queries, and support best practices to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong rapport with suppliers, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Proven background in supplier/vendor management, preferably in multiple industries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Ambition and Growth Orientation: Eager to excel and grow within a dynamic and expanding team, contributing to business growth and success.
