Procurement Strategist Opportunity

This role plays a vital part in driving procurement strategy and initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity.

As a Procurement Strategist, you will work with a team of professionals to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and establish strong supplier relationships.

- Develop and execute annual and strategic procurement plans to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Drive annual saving/cost avoidance through effective negotiation and contract management
- Lead sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base, reduce risk, and improve sourcing processes and performance
- Participate in new supplier search and development, supplier negotiation, and contract management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies
- Improve sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Experience in IFM/Operation-related projects with Capex/Energy Projects
  • Good knowledge of HSE, supplier training, hoteling, transportation, and strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms
  • Cross-functional experience in engineering/technology, operations, sales/marketing
