Procurement Professional

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value, leading RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes, negotiating contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors.
- Internal Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, monitor supplier performance, and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
- Supplier Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk, collaborating with finance and legal teams on contract terms.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
