Job Title: Pan-India Driver Supply Head

A leading role in a dynamic environment where you will lead and coach city HRs to hit weekly hiring targets, improve show-ups/retention, and keep compliance tight.

About the Role:
  • Be the Pan-India Supply Head for Driver Partners: Drive driver partner hiring and retention strategies across multiple cities to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Driver Partner Hiring (Primary): Own city-wise hiring plans, sourcing mixes, and weekly targets.
  2. Run Daily MIS: Pipeline, offers, joins, attrition, reasons for fallout; review with city HRs.
  3. HRBP (Client-Facing): Act as HRBP for key client accounts handle audits, documentation, escalations; align staffing to SLAs.
  4. Compliance & Payroll Inputs: Own salary structure components, attendance/OT inputs, and coordinate payroll hygiene.
  5. Escalations & Crisis Management: Triage absenteeism spikes, driver grievances, site issues; ensure fast replacement TAT and clear communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 37 years of experience in HR/TA for logistics/driver management/blue-collar hiring with multi-city exposure.
  • Hands-on PF & ESIC experience(enrolments, reconciliations, compliance documentation).
  • Strong English; Hindi required; local languages a plus.
