Technical Fleet Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Fleet Specialist to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our global experiential and event production fleet.

This role requires a strong technical background and proficiency in event technology, live streaming, and broadcast technologies, including IP-based video, audio, control, and lighting systems as well as IT system administration of Windows and Linux-based systems.

  • Key responsibilities include development and execution of proactive maintenance projects, configuration, and documentation of broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent comprehension of network protocols and be able to navigate and troubleshoot AVCL deployments on corporate network infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Unix, Windows & Mac-based operating systems.
  • Proficiency with online & event video production technologies, including video encoding technology for live streaming and Ross video switchers or other industry-standard solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level network switches & routers, experience with IT & media network protocols, VLAN, QoS, IGMP Snooping.

Desired Experience:

  • Administration of desktop and server OS support (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux), fleet management software such as unified endpoint management (UEM).
  • Virtual network computing (VNC), Secure shell, Helios/Novastar/Imposa LED Video Wall Processors, Crestron NVX, Ross Dashboard, QSC Qsys Processors, Dante Network Audio Infrastructure Hardware & Software, Analog Way/Picturall/Christie, ETC Paradigm ACP, ETC Mosaic MSC, Telestream.
