Job Title

A financial leader is required to manage the accounting functions for a global architecture and design firm.

This role will oversee both project-level financial management and corporate accounting responsibilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review bids, proposals, and agreements for financial compliance and client requirements.
  • Set up projects in ERP systems in line with company policy.
  • Collect and maintain legal documentation for sub-consultants.
  • Provide financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
  • Ensure revenue recognition compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare monthly invoices.
  • Support collections and resolve overdue accounts in coordination with leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years' accounting experience in a professional services environment; AEC industry preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory or management experience.
  • ERP experience (Deltek Vision required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with US-GAAP and IFRS.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
