Automation Test Lead Position

This is a highly specialized role that requires an expert in automated testing to join our team. As a key member of the QA department, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing comprehensive automated tests to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of test strategies, plans, and automation data to ensure seamless integration with development processes.
  • We are seeking someone who can design, develop, and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed.
  • You will be responsible for executing automated tests, managing defect logs, and providing timely feedback to development teams.
  • A strong understanding of test environments and infrastructures is essential to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to identify and report questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies to product teams.
  • Mentoring and documenting QA engineers in the use of the testing framework is also an important aspect of this role.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to select and implement tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process is necessary.
  • A high degree of expertise in Defect Management, Bug life cycle, Performance management, and debug skills is expected.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute automated tests to ensure software quality.
  • Manage defect logs and provide timely feedback to development teams.
  • Design and develop automated tests to meet new system features and enhancements.
  • Optimize test environments and infrastructures for performance.
  • Identify and report questionable functions and inconsistencies to product teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of automated testing, test strategies, and plans.
  • Strong understanding of test environments and infrastructures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environment.
  • Knowledge of coding standards and object-oriented programming languages.
  • Ability to articulate and drive sustainable processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
