Leading Automation Tester

The Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing automated testing solutions for software products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies particularly in automation testing using Selenium. The individual will work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability scalability and performance of applications.
About You- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related field is required.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Selenium Automation Engineer or similar role is essential.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python etc. is necessary.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks e.g. TestNG JUnit is required.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is beneficial.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful APIs is essential.
- Proficiency in testing APIs using Postman is necessary.
- Experience with performance testing and load testing is beneficial.
- Certification in software testing e.g. ISTQB Selenium WebDriver is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment is crucial.
