Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has at least 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and at least 3 years of experience in Test Automation.
About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web/UI applications using Selenium with Java or C#.
  • They should also have experience working with Test Automation Frameworks and Tools such as Selenium Webdriver, TestNg/Junit, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle, POM.
  • A strong background in coding languages such as Java/Javascript/C#/Python is essential.
  • The successful candidate will have experience working in test management tools like Test Rail, Jira or similar tools.
  • They should also have good knowledge of integration testing and Rest/SOA APIs using Postman/Jmeter or similar tools.
  • A strong understanding of Object-oriented Programming Concepts and ability to implement them is required.
  • The candidate should also have good knowledge of manual testing concepts, test case writing, STLC and SDLC.
  • Experience with SCM and CI/CD tools such as Git, Svn, Gitlab, Jenkins is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and continuous testing practices is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web/UI applications.
  • They will work closely with the development team to ensure that tests are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • The candidate will identify areas for improvement in the test automation process and implement changes as needed.
  • They will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to test automation.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies are essential.
  • Experience in API Test Automation using Rest Assured, Rest Sharp or similar tools is desirable.
  • Mobile Test Automation experience using Appium is a plus.
  • Experience using BrowserStack tool is also desired.
