Head of Intellectual Property Protection

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to drive the development of intellectual property culture within our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electronics, automotive, or material science.
  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in the field is required, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing intellectual property strategies.
  1. Key responsibilities include reviewing new product designs for potential intellectual property risks, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
  1. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing advanced technology analysis, including competitive intelligence analysis and design IP protection across business clusters.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / PG / PhD qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive, Material Science)
  • WON, WIPO DL101, DFSS, Qualified Patent Agent Exam will be an advantage
