Category Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to lead and scale the Toys category.

  • Lead and Scale: Onboard leading global brands across e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels, driving exponential growth.
  • Manage End-to-End Brand Lifecycle: Develop and implement strategic plans to scale global brands in international markets, expanding their presence and reach.
  • Curate Brand Portfolio: Build and manage a diverse portfolio of brands exclusively in the Toys category, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive Brand Growth: Expand assortment, optimize underperforming SKUs, iterate packaging, content, and supply chain, and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance.
  • Omnichannel Presence: Contribute to a robust presence across Ecommerce and offline channels, enhancing customer experience and driving sales.
  • Profitability and Scalability: Drive profitability and scalability through margin management and GMV contribution, achieving business goals.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of work experience in category management, including 4+ years in offline retail and eCommerce and at least 2+ years in the Toys category.
  • Deep understanding of Toys' specific consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier network.
  • Expertise in marketplace/retail selling: category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.
  • Proven record of cross-functional collaboration across brand, ops, tech, and analytics.
