Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Role
This position involves implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules to support business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Core HR Module Implementation: Set up and maintain the Core HR module, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Payroll Configuration: Configure payroll settings and manage payroll runs, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Absence Management Policy Implementation: Implement absence management policies and configurations, supporting leave requests and approval workflows.
- Talent Management Module Setup: Configure performance and goals modules, supporting talent reviews and succession planning.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM consultant
- Detailed understanding of HR, Payroll, and Absence business processes
- Advanced workflow configuration and customization skills
- Familiarity with Redwood UI features and Autocomplete Rules
Expected Outcomes:
- Implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules efficiently and effectively.
- Support daily operations and troubleshoot issues in Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
