The Business Development Specialist plays a vital role in driving growth and success for our partner agencies. This individual is responsible for fostering strong relationships, providing strategic guidance, and offering resources to help partners achieve their business objectives.
This role involves working closely with agency partners to understand their goals, challenges, and needs. The Business Development Specialist conducts regular meetings, check-ins, and performance reviews to assess progress and address any concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies.
- Understand partners' goals, challenges, and needs to provide appropriate support and guidance.
- Conduct regular meetings, check-ins, and performance reviews with partners.
- Identify growth opportunities within partner agencies and develop strategies to maximize their potential.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, set targets, and track progress.
- Support partners in generating new business, acquiring clients, and expanding their customer base.
- Assess partners' skills and knowledge gaps and provide training and development opportunities.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance partners' understanding of products, services, and industry trends.
- Share best practices, resources, and tools to enable partners to effectively promote and sell products/services.
- Monitor partner performance against key metrics and goals.
- Analyze data and generate reports to assess partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive partner growth and optimize performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the agency landscape and the ability to navigate agency dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, project management tools, and other relevant software.
