Job Overview

The Head of Marketing role is a pivotal position that oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand presence across digital, print, and event channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cohesive marketing plans to stimulate customer growth, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Spearhead high-quality content creation, encompassing social media posts, articles, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistent messaging throughout all marketing platforms and materials, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and values.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive digital strategy, incorporating SEO, paid campaigns, and geographical boosting.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to deliver innovative designs and assets.
  • Negotiate vendor relationships for cost-effective execution.
  • Provide detailed reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing within luxury brands.
  • A proven track record in marketing to HNIs and managing significant budgets.
  • A strong understanding of the interior design industry or similar luxury industry is highly preferred.
  • An MBA in Marketing from a top-tier institution.
