**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Center Operations Specialist. This role requires advanced technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operation of our data center infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide advanced support for data center operations, including hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimum downtime.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Linux operating systems and scripting languages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions and network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast).
  • Knowledge of Incident and Change Management processes (ITIL, ISO 9000, Cobit).
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.
