Job Title: Sales Representative

Greeting the consumer on arrival at the counter and offering support. The system aims to create a welcoming environment, fostering an atmosphere of open communication.

The sales representative listens intently to customer preferences, providing clear elaborations to meet those needs. Effective active listening skills are essential in this role.

">

Responsible for displaying jewelry and other available products in an attractive manner, encouraging customers to explore our offerings.

">

Enticing people to purchase jewelry and other available products is a key aspect of this position.

">

Discussing services and products offered by the store, explaining the wide variety of items we have, to educate customers on what we offer.

">

Provides the consumer with the necessary jewelry as well as details such as pricing breakdown and information about the product.

">

Demonstrating the use and operation of the product is crucial in building trust with the customer.

">

To ensure better satisfaction of the customer, advise them on which jewelry will look best on them within their budget.

">

Give information about the different cuts of jewelry, their quality, design language, and specifications.

">

Assist customers with the wrapping and bagging of their items purchased.

">

Acquire customer details and create customer codes.

">

Give the cashier pricing data as well as the weight of the products bought.

">

Make the payment process easier for the customer after each purchase.

">

Take control of the stores by updating them into the software system if available, maintain sales records.

">

Complete responsibility of respective counter assigned.

">

Report to Store Manager for day-to-day activity and any other needful.

">

There are also other duties as per the designation. Duties are not limited to the tasks above and expected to adhere to the customer satisfaction level following the policies and protocols.

Qualifications:

">

Degree/Diploma or equivalent in any stream.

">

Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

">

Knowledge of sales principles.

">

Relevant product knowledge.

">

Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment.
