Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused professional to join our Research & Consulting team.
This role involves managing inbound client inquiries, understanding their requirements, positioning our services effectively, and converting prospects into long-term relationships.
You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they experience value from the very beginning of their engagement with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
- Understand client needs and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them.
- Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Bulk and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
