Job Title: Customer Success Manager

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned customer success professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, and exceeding performance targets.

This individual will serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with support teams and other relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management roles, with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts. Strong analytical and project management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are required.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' technical inquiries and escalations, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement customized success plans for key clients, outlining strategic goals and performance metrics, and provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure these objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to secure contract renewals and drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization and lead pilot programs to demonstrate value.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and annual business reviews with key clients, providing insights into their success and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management roles, with a proven track record of success in managing major accounts.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
