Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to lead our store in Aurangabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain store operations in line with predefined standard operating procedures, ensuring the store's look and feel aligns with brand standards.
  • Control inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain for optimal product availability.
  • Oversee visual merchandising efforts, ensuring product displays and store layouts are appealing and on-brand.
  • Effectively track transactions and ensure cost-effectiveness and financial targets are met.
  • Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.
  • Clear store for formal launches across dimensions and during refit & conversion.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience by implementing processes.
  • Foster customer loyalty by providing outstanding in-store customer service, including product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and evaluate store operations' success using key performance indicators, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Lead retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high customer service and sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with central functions such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with broader company policies.
