The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with hands-on experience with retail operations, customer handling, and POS systems. Additionally, comfort with virtual training tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs focused on:

  • Product knowledge (Eyewear, Accessories)
  • Customer service & experience
  • Sales techniques and upselling

Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles.

Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Support new store openings and new hire onboarding with structured training rollouts.

Regularly assess training effectiveness through assessments, on-floor observation, and performance metrics.

Develop digital training content (videos, decks, quizzes) for scalable learning.

Track and maintain training MIS: attendance, completion rates, feedback, and post-training performance.
