Job Title: Lead User Experience Researcher

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Lead User Experience Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our Product Research and Insights group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy through data-driven research.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in conducting user research, with a proven track record of influencing product direction and strategy through actionable insights.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners across the Automation and Integration space to scope and drive research projects that inform product development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting generative and evaluative research using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Synthesizing research findings into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partnering with product owners, designers, engineers, and other researchers to provide user-centric insights
  • Creating narratives to frame problems and highlight business value

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of full-time work experience conducting research in user experience, product design, or technology contexts for IT product-based companies
  • Proven track record influencing user experience and/or product direction and strategy with actionable insights
  • Expert understanding of research methods and standard processes
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and comfortable with basic statistical methods and concepts
