
Support Specialist

The key objective of this role is to provide administrative management of Zendesk, encompassing day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of our Zendesk instance.
">Collaboration with Customer Success, Operations, and other key stakeholders is required to enhance efficiency and scalability. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will have the opportunity to interact with highly skilled technical experts and gain cross-functional experience with tools like SFDC and Boomi.
">Responsibilities:- ">
- Operational and administrative support within Zendesk and integrated applications is provided by adhering to help requests and change management processes to ensure timely resolution and project completion">
- Applications in Zendesk are identified, installed, configured, and maintained to support business needs">
- Workflows are created with our teams to configure specific workflow configurations">
- Triggers, automations, views, and macros are periodically reviewed to deactivate or update outdated items">
- Workflows allow for capturing of relevant analytics that can be used for driving process improvement, client offerings, measuring agent performance, and optimizing support">
- Audit logs are pulled and interpreted for troubleshooting and bug resolution">
- Reports and dashboards are created and maintained including one-off data pulls to support KPIs and business needs">
- Agent roles are defined and maintained per business requirements">
- Agent permissions are periodically audited to ensure access is appropriate">
- Agent management includes creating, deactivation, role reassignment, and deactivation">
- Zendesk data integrity is maintained by employing defined processes and best practices">
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- ">
- 3+ years of experience as a Zendesk System Administrator ">
- Experience with Zendesk Suite apps (Talk, Chat, and Sell) is a plus">
- Experience working in multi-brand enabled environments is a plus">
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask">
- Resourceful and creative problem solver">
- Strong team player, able to work with minimal or no supervision">
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely, accurate results">
