Job Opportunity

The analytics team seeks an experienced professional to provide customer support through data-driven analysis.

The selected candidate will focus on collaborating with the Sales team to define annual account plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales to develop annual account plans and strategies.
  • Partner with sales to define analytics content for client periodic reviews.
  • Communicate data insights through expert analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
  • Analyze and interpret data into charts and graphics, presenting insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable market insights and customer insights content.
  • Research and identify factors impacting customer performance.
  • Own end-to-end management of projects and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in consulting or strategy roles in analytics domains.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, statistics, sciences, or mathematics with good academic records.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including attention to language precision and organization.
  • Experience working with SQL, Snowflake, and Advance Excel.
  • Good presentation skills for delivering insights to large audiences.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, consultative experience, and exposure.
