Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Senior Franchise Analytics Specialist to join our team.

  • This role will involve reviewing and analyzing Sell-in and Sell-out data, identifying opportunities to consult all markets and business leadership for improved performance.
  • You will act as the local center of excellence expert within Franchise for reporting analytics topics, driving the implementation of consistent reporting suites across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Support & Analytics Solutions:
  • Act as a business support function for EM Franchise analytics solutions and tools supporting the Franchise teams and leadership.
  • Conduct needs analysis and lead demand management for insights and analytics services and tools within your area of responsibility.
  • Build advanced reporting suites to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis and participate in discussions for defining actions to mitigate risks or realize opportunities.
  • Prepare data analysis and recommendations for the Emerging Market Franchise Business.
  • Drive consistency in reporting language, insight generation, and utilization of reporting suites towards business optimization.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Analytics (e.g., Web analytics, Digital Media/Marketing analytics).
  • Excellent analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of retail or consumer business processes is an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP, BI visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
