About the Role

Our organization is seeking a Business Finance Manager to play a key role in supporting growth and optimizing costs. This category-focused position will serve as an interface between finance and supply/marketing/business operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our business, consumers, categories, and other organizational functions. They will provide real-time analysis and influence strategic decision-making based on financial performance and planning.

  • Develop a clear understanding of revenue drivers and pricing decisions' impact on growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L management with strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Create processes for new initiatives and improve existing ones, focusing on governance and cost leakage.
  • Prepare, manage, and publish business scorecards.
  • Manage stakeholders and work closely with business teams.
  • Run weekly reviews with stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/MBA/B.Tech degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience post qualification.
  • Strong Excel/Google sheet skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience as a business finance partner preferred.
  • Self-starter with minimal direction, fast learning ability, and continuous improvement attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus.
