About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced backend developer who has worked with web technologies to join our development team. The successful candidate will have a solid track record of delivering major websites and work closely with middleware development teams, SEO, and content teams to ensure our website is best in class.

The development team is responsible for our CMS system, which powers all client websites. These sites receive millions of hits weekly.

In a fast-paced environment, you'll engage with agile methods, adaptive frameworks, and frontend strategies to meet deadlines and follow best practices. You'll also suggest areas for improvement.

  • We're looking for someone who can conceptualize and apply enterprise content solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • You should be able to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations, optimizing AEM solutions.
  • Develop product innovations without bias.
  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end features in AEM using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies.
  • Develop custom AEM components, services, and integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Implement efficient workflows, content replication, and versioning strategies within AEM.
  • Work on Springboot applications and AWS, handling CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct code reviews, employing strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
  • Load data using REST APIs or GraphQL.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing development team with strong experience in Java and AEM knowledge.
  • Strong experience as a senior frontend developer in AEM implementations.
  • A solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems, and the ability to integrate AEM with third-party services.
  • Front-end skills, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS knowledge are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity, effectively interacting with clients and team members.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
