Description:
Evaluate dissertation papers and college student responses to open-ended questions in a reliable manner. Successfully incorporate training and customer scoring guidelines for grading essays/papers/topics provided as per guidelines.
This will be a chat, audio, and video-based process.

Subject: English Essay Grading
Eligibility Criteria: BA/MA in English specialisation or English Trainer/English Teacher
Skills Required:
Proficient in written and spoken English. Strong English grammar and mechanic skills. Good, critical thinking skills to apply basic scoring rules. Experience in SOP writing. Ability to put aside personal biases and apply scoring guide to meet customer requirements. Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Google Sheet)
Candidate Profile:
Ability to perform independently without discussing scoring decisions with co-workers. Be reliable and punctual. Accept supervision from development staff, team leaders, or scoring supervisors. Some form of prior teaching experience
