Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Destination Expert - Thailand based in Surat. The Destination Expert will be responsible for planning customized travel itineraries, managing ticketing services, booking accommodations, processing visas, and organizing excursions and tours in Thailand. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, and solving any travel-related issues that may arise.

Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge of Thailand's travel destinations, culture, and activities
  • Skills in travel planning, ticketing, and hotel bookings
  • Customer service and client consultation skills
  • Ability to process visas and organize tours and excursions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
