Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Counseling Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and counseling to prospective students regarding international education options, including course selection, study destinations, visa processes, and career opportunities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in international education, including available scholarships, programs, and universities.

Assist students with post-admission support and ensure smooth transitions to their study destinations.

2. Administrative Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage logistics for presentations and information sessions about international education at schools.

Work closely with educational institutions to arrange schedules, locations, and resources for presentations.

Ensure smooth execution of presentations, addressing any technical or logístical issues as they arise.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and interactions with students and educational institutions.

Assist with the preparation of reports and feedback on student inquiries and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Business, or a related field).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in counseling, education, or customer service.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, and school staff.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of international education systems and study programs abroad is a plus.

Desirable:
Prior experience in organizing events or school presentations.

Familiarity with international study destinations, visa procedures, and scholarship options.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
