About the Role:

A seasoned web developer is needed to build secure, fast, and visually stunning websites using Webflow. This role requires a developer who can go beyond basic template work – someone who can leverage Webflow's full capabilities to deliver custom, scalable, and professional-grade websites that meet international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Custom Website Development: Build clean, modern, and fully customized websites in Webflow.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure all sites are optimized for speed, mobile, tablet, and desktop compatibility.
  • Animations & Interactions: Use Webflow's advanced animation tools to create smooth, engaging user experiences.
  • CMS & Dynamic Content: Build scalable Webflow CMS structures for blogs, listings, and content-heavy sites.
  • Integrations: Implement third-party APIs, booking systems, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.
  • E-Commerce & Payments: Set up secure online stores, subscriptions, and payment gateways within Webflow.
  • Security: Ensure all sites are SSL-enabled, secure, and follow best safety practices.
  • SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices within Webflow for maximum visibility.
  • Independent Work: Deliver projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Client Advisory: Recommend best practices, tools, and improvements for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide updates, bug fixes, and enhancements post-launch.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of proven experience building advanced Webflow websites.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Webflow Designer & CMS.
  • Webflow animations and interactions.
  • Custom embeds (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) inside Webflow.
  • E-commerce functionality within Webflow.
  • API integrations with Webflow.
  • Understanding of web security and safe data handling.
  • Experience with responsive design principles.
  • Strong grasp of SEO and performance optimization.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Portfolio of at least 3–4 advanced Webflow projects (not template-based).
