About the role:

We're hiring a Webflow Developer to build and manage our marketing web properties. You will work closely with our Marketing team to develop responsive websites that drive conversion goals, page performance, and user engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and provide data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
  • Measure key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and more, and make strategic suggestions to improve overall web performance.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your expertise and creativity.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in Webflow and web design.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
