Programmatic Media Buying Specialist

Aptita is offering a challenging role for a Programmatic Media Buying Specialist, with an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Media Buying Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all programmatic media buying campaigns for advertisers (display, video & mobile ads). They will effectively communicate digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaign, execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for clients, while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all programmatic media buying campaigns for advertisers (display, video & mobile ads)
- Effectively communicate digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaign
- Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for clients
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service
- Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation for campaign launches
- Run reports and provide campaign performance insights during and post campaign
- Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
- Work with media partners/ad tech firms (DSPs) to ensure accurate platform implementation
- Maintain relationships with publisher networks and sites to grow access to high quality inventory
- Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns, overseeing campaign QA process by developing and maintaining quality control procedures for campaign implementations
- Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
- Manage all self-service aspects of our tech stack, DSP partners, ad-verification services, and 3rd party data providers
- Pay great attention to detail and focus on quality of results and assume accountability and ownership of campaign execution
- Understand and effectively communicate the teams value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective accounts
- Adopt established account management standards and program management best practices
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in programmatic media buying
- Understanding of online ad formats and specs including video, mobile and native
- Experience working with DSPs and ad servers
- Understanding of RTB, private marketplace and programmatic direct
- Understanding of website tracking tags (Conversion and retargeting)
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Analytical thinking and quantitative skills
- Strong computer skills
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast growing, entrepreneurial start-up environment
