Programmatic: (PUNE)

Suggest programmatic strategy and tactics that coordinate with and augment the overall media plan objectives for DB2B clients

Create and actively manage and optimize programmatic campaigns in DSPs

Be consistently curious and inquisitive – learn how platforms work, and more importantly, learn how to game them

Manage campaigns across programmatic mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, and audio

Understand how data from various channels can help the overall customer journey for each client account

Identify, suggest, and setup private marketplace deals

Continually acquire knowledge by maintaining relationships with key programmatic vendors portfolio

Actively monitor campaign KPIs via reporting

Produce and present engaging campaign analysis to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of planning, testing, and media optimization and management

Provide insight and guidance to members of the integrated media team

Maintain and stay current on industry news and research

2-5 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following DSPs: Google DoubleClick Bid Manager, TheTradeDesk, DataXu, Amazon Advertising Platform, Adobe/TubeMogul, and Sizmek

DoubleClick Campaign Manager/DoubleClick Bid Manager certifications are preferred but not required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Able to multitask and work well under pressure

Positive team player

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree




Programmatic (generic mail) (MUMBAI)

  • Managing all programmatic media buying campaigns for Advertisers (Display, Video & Mobile ads)
  • Effectively communicate digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaign
  • Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for clients (e.g. auction/exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing, etc.) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations
  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation for campaign launches
  • Run reports and provide campaign performance insights during and post campaign
  • Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
  • Work with media partners/ad tech firms (DSPs) to ensure accurate platform implementation
  • Maintain relationships with publisher networks and sites to grow access to high quality inventory
  • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns, overseeing campaign QA process by developing and maintaining quality control procedures for campaign implementations
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
  • Manage all self-service aspects of our tech stack, DSP partners, ad-verification services, and 3rd party data providers
  • Pay great attention to detail and focus on quality of results and assume accountability and ownership of campaign execution
  • Understand and effectively communicate the teams value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective accounts
  • Adopt established account management standards and program management best practices

Experience & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience in programmatic media buying
  • Understanding of online ad formats and specs including video, mobile and native
  • Experience working with DSPs and ad servers
  • Understanding of RTB, private marketplace and programmatic direct
  • Understanding of website tracking tags (Conversion and retargeting)
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Analytical thinking and quantitative skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast growing, entrepreneurial start-up environment
