Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Campaign Manager to join our team at Cybage Software. As a Programmatic Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns to drive effective and efficient media placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up programmatic campaigns in select DSPs (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Xandr, Facebook, AdWords, Google Marketing Platform, or any other associated ad serving technology), manage budgets and spend pacing, and optimize performance.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve performance for clients, supporting recommendations with results data.
  • Proactive communication to internal teams and external clients on delivery and performance challenges with strategic recommendations to course-correct.
  • Implement and build on best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations, and reporting.
  • Financial planning, forecasting, and optimizing budget allocation across various platforms and channels.
  • Utilize ad verification tools, viewability metrics, and fraud detection techniques to ensure the effectiveness and safety of your campaigns.
  • Create case studies to support best practices.
  • Educate internally and externally on DSP functionality, results, and optimizations.
  • Support the development of POVs to inform clients and agency personnel about changes in RTB and programmatic marketplace technology.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in programmatic buying or campaign management with The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and/or Simpli.fi preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work proactively, maintain a high level of productivity, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and best practices.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, SSP's, and/or social platforms is a bonus.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends, industry news, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Exposure to A/B testing.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 10,50,000 per annum based on location and experience.
