About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Power Plant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results in EPC, O&M, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • EPC Leadership: Own design, procurement, and construction of solar installations.">
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Define technical specs, negotiate LCs, enforce quality and HSE standards.">
  • Cost & Schedule Control: Use project management tools to monitor budgets and timelines; drive mitigation.">
  • Government Liaison: Secure land, grid-connection, environmental and other clearances managing applications, site visits, and follow-ups with government agencies.">
  • O&M Excellence: Establish a predictive O&M regime SCADA analytics, preventive maintenance, drone inspections to secure high uptime.">
  • KPI Reporting: Produce regular dashboards (CUF, availability, maintenance spend) for executive review.">
  • Business Development & Financing: Identify opportunities under government schemes and commercial RFPs; lead bid preparation with competitive technical and financial models.">

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in solar or large-scale energy projects, with proven track record in EPC/O&M/BD leadership and direct government interfacing.">
  • Financing Acumen: Strong understanding of project finance structures, subsidy integration, escrow and DSRA mechanisms.">
  • Government Navigation: Demonstrated success securing multi-tier approvals from local authorities through government agencies.">
  • Technical & Financial Tools: Proficiency in project management software, SCADA platforms, and advanced financial modeling in Excel/VBA.">
