We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Development Associate. This position plays a vital part in advancing solar energy initiatives by conducting thorough market research, analyzing policies and regulations, and preparing comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct extensive market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the US solar energy sector.
  • Examine federal, state, and local solar energy policies and regulations, providing valuable insights on their impact on project feasibility and profitability.
  • Prepare detailed Project Reports covering technical, financial, and regulatory aspects of solar projects.
  • Develop clear and concise reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex data and findings through presentations and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective solar energy strategies and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy Technology, Energy Systems, or Renewable Energy.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the Solar Sector.
