Offline Marketing Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive marketing professional to spearhead all on-ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, and community events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
    • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Event Management & Execution:
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, school orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, workshops, fairs, kiosks, roadshows, and external education events.
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Partner Management:
    • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
    • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the admissions team, creative/content teams, digital marketing team, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Project Management:
    • Own the offline marketing projects; ensure judicious use of resources.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
