Regional Head

We are seeking an experienced Regional Head to lead and manage our design operations in the region. This leadership role requires a strong foundation in architecture, project delivery, and client management within commercial and workplace sectors.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity that will allow you to drive architectural and interior design strategy across all projects in the region. You will be responsible for leading client workshops, design presentations, and value engineering discussions.

  • Project Oversight & Execution:
  • Oversee all design phases from concept to construction documentation.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, technically sound, and timely design deliverables.
  • Design Excellence & Innovation:
  • Maintain high standards of design innovation, space planning, and user-centric design.
  • Implement sustainable and LEED-compliant solutions wherever applicable.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Interface with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through design strategy and visioning.
  • Team Management & Mentoring:
  • Lead and mentor a team of architects, interior designers, and 3D visualizers.
  • Conduct design reviews, performance appraisals, and internal training sessions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to statutory norms, building codes, and regulatory approvals.
  • Mitigate project and design risks through proactive planning.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong conceptual and technical design ability.
  • Expertise in programming, space utilization, and modern workplace solutions.
  • Confident in handling CXO-level client interactions.
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder coordination including contractors.
  • Proven capability in leading large design teams.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of NBC, local building by-laws, fire norms, and global workplace compliance.
  • Exceptional design sensitivity with accuracy in drawings, documentation, and specifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Clear written and verbal communication for presentations, reports, and client interactions.
