About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished mechanical engineer to spearhead the design, development, and production support for mechanical systems and components. This position demands strong technical expertise, process improvement skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable designs that meet performance and safety standards.

  • Lead the development of mechanical systems and components through innovative design solutions.
  • Conduct thorough engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and tolerance studies.
  • Promote process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
  • E nsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation, specifications, and change orders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor.
  • Experience with mechanical analysis and simulation (FEA, thermal).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges independently.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
