**Job Title:** Principal Product Design Optimization Specialist At our organization, we are seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design optimization of products using cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities: 
  • You will perform complex simulations using CAD/CAM software tools like ANSYS and HyperMesh to analyze and optimize product designs, ensuring structural integrity, durability, and NVH performance.
  • Conduct in-depth studies and validate results to provide actionable recommendations for design improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation insights and drive innovation in product design.
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise technical documentation and reports.
  • Optimize component design for weight, strength, noise, and vibration by leveraging expertise in structural mechanics, fatigue/durability, and NVH principles.
 Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD/CAM software, specifically ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, especially in EV Powertrain CAE Simulation, is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in ANSYS and HyperMesh, good understanding of structural mechanics, fatigue/durability, and NVH principles.
