Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team.

This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design engineering, with experience in designing and developing complex mechanical systems and equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with customers and marketing teams to determine design requirements, planning and executing the design of precision mechanical equipment, developing and testing prototypes, and working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure that design specifications are met.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating design concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to think critically and creatively.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex mechanical systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with customers and marketing teams to determine design requirements
  • Plan and execute the design of precision mechanical equipment
  • Develop and test prototypes
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure design specifications are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a mechanical design engineer
  • Strong knowledge of engineering design programs such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Rhino
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
