The Role of a Senior Leadership – Concept Design (Interior Design) is multifaceted and demanding.

Senior Leadership in Concept Design drives the design team's planning and execution of interior projects, overseeing conceptualization, client collaboration, budget management, and project timelines. Their responsibilities encompass guiding junior designers, managing vendor relationships, and staying updated on industry trends, including sustainability practices, smart building technologies, and future-ready design concepts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Mentoring and leading a team of interior designers to foster a collaborative environment, providing guidance and feedback.

Client Collaboration:

  • Understanding project needs, developing design proposals, and presenting design concepts to clients.

Project Management:

  • Overseeing all stages of the design process from concept to implementation, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.

Design Development:

  • Conceptualizing design ideas, creating detailed plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring practical, aesthetically pleasing designs within budget.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders for seamless integration of design solutions.

Design Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.
