Lead Architect

Job Description:

The Lead Architect is a key member of our team responsible for the overall design and development of architectural projects. This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and context, creating detailed design briefs aligned with client vision, proposing architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency, coordinating plan submissions and securing approvals from relevant boards and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies to meet client needs and project objectives.
  • Create detailed design briefs and proposals to ensure alignment with client vision and project goals.
  • Propose and develop architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant boards and authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
