We have opportunities for Senior Engineers in our Cell Maintenance department at Fabcity.

Our ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Effectively communicate complex ideas and plans

The role requires strong technical skills, mathematical knowledge, and basic computer skills. The candidate should have experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry.

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Production & Output Responsibility: Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to SOPs.
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Engineering & Trials Management: Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility: Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge & Documentation: Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Manpower management & Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical)

Industry: Solar Only

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer
