Job Title: Senior Engineering Leader

About the Role:

As a seasoned engineering leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of software engineers in building scalable systems. Your expertise in MERN stack technologies and hands-on experience with AWS architecture will be crucial in driving quality engineering outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of software engineers to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
  • Code Ownership: Take responsibility for the overall quality and maintainability of the codebase.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MERN stack technologies and AWS services.

Requirements:

  • MERN Stack Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • AWS Experience: Proficiency with AWS cloud services and architecture design.
