Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business needs and requirements, identify solutions, and implement changes that drive business growth.

This is a unique opportunity to work on manual discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API Gateway usage across various applications. You will gather data from application teams, document API credential lifecycles, and support governance enforcement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Malaysia and Chennai while engaging with application teams globally.
  • Lead the manual discovery of IDP and API gateway usage to create an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage.
  • Use questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.
  • Document how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications.
  • Prepare for integration into future centralized technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant onboarding solutions.
  • Support go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT Information Security.
  • Good understanding of IAM control reviews.
  • Experience in user access administration model on various Applications.
  • Experience in IAM projects, particularly around IDP and API security.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to handover the transition efficiently.
  • Good experience in managing application & infrastructure related issues.
  • Good knowledge in project planning and risk management.
  • Escalation Management and Stakeholder Management.
  • Preferred Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of IDP (Identity Providers) and API authentication mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of API credential lifecycle and governance practices.
  • Ability to conduct manual discovery, engage stakeholders, and capture complex technical flows.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Business and Information Technology/Computer Science.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in customer support, technical support, access admin, and BA roles.
